​Spicy Sausage Dip

  • 16 Ounces Spicy Jimmy Dean Pan Sausage

  • 2 Medium Yellow Onions - Finely Diced

  • 2 Jalapenos - Finely Diced

  • 2 (8 Ounce) 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese - Softened

  • 14.5 Ounces Hot Rotel Tomatoes - Drained

  • 3 Garlic Cloves - Minced

 

(1)  In a skillet over medium high heat, saute sausage, onions and jalapenos (add a touch of extra virgin olive oil).  Saute until onions are golden and sausage is browned.  Add garlic and cook for one more minute.

(2)  Add Rotel and cream cheese.  Cook until the cheese is completely melted.  Serve with tortilla chips or wheat thins.
