Knorr's Spinach Dip
Trisha Preston makes this dip, and I never ever eat it without thinking of her.

1 Package of Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix

16 Ounces Sour Cream

1 Cup Dukes Mayo

2 Bundles Green Onions - Thinly Sliced

10 Ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach - Thawed/Water Squeezed Out
(1) Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to build.
The dip is also really good if you add water chestnuts. One more tip: if you add the thawed spinach into a kitchen dish towel, you can twist the towel to squeeze out the water.
