Chili Cream Cheese Dip

Recipe Originated From John & April...

  • 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese - Straight Out of the Fridge

  • 1 Can Wolf Brand Chili

  • 1-2 Cups Mild or Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Shredded

  • 1 Bundle Green Onions - Thinly Sliced

 

(1)  In a small sauce pot, heat chili, until bubbly and hot.

(2)  Layer: Cold cream cheese, hot chili, shredded cheese and green onions.  Serve with tortilla chips or wheat thins. 

 

I remember the first time Allen and I had this recipe.  We went to a  Super Bowl party at John & April's house.  We loved this dip - thank you April for feeding us right!!!!
