BLT Bites

Recipe Originated From: Taste of Home

  • 12 Roma Tomatoes

  • 1 Pound Bacon - Cooked & Crumbled

  • 1/2 Cup Light Hellmann's or Duke's Mayonnaise

  • 4 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

 

(1)  Cut the Roma tomatoes in half, remove pulp, and lay face down on paper towels; set aside.

(2)  In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.  Spoon mixture into the tomatoes.

(3)  Refrigerate overnight.  Before you serve cut the tomatoes in half to make them easier to serve as an appetizer.   

 

You can also use different size tomatoes.  Use all the same steps but replace Roma tomatoes with: 20 cherry tomatoes or 10 small regular tomatoes.
