
Beef Lettuce Wraps

1 Pound Lean Ground Beef

1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

1 Tablespoon Garlic Infused Oil

1 Lime - Zested/Juiced

2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
-
4 Teaspoons Dark Brown Sugar

1 Jalapeno - Finely Diced
-
1 Large Handful Cilantro - Finely Chopped

Bib Lettuces (Living Lettuce)

1/2 Red Onion - Thinly Sliced

1/2 English Cucumbers - Seeds Removed/Cut Into Match Sticks
(1) Combine zest, juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, jalapeno and cilantro in a mason jar. Shake jar to mix everything together and set aside.
(2) Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat, add ground beef, kosher salt and ground black pepper. Cook until meat is halfway browned. Add sauce to mixture and cook until beef is browned.
(3) Spoon meat mixture into the lettuce bibs and top with cucumbers and red onions.
