Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos

Recipe Originated From: My Sister Michelle and her Husband Scott

  • Thick Bacon Slices

  • 8-10 Jalapenos - Cut in Half, Ribs/Seeds Removed, Rinse Under Cold Water

  • 8 Ounces 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese

  • 6 Ounces Light Cream Cheese

  • 1 Packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Powder Dip Mix

 

(1)  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  
(2)  In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and ranch mix.  Spoon ranch mix into peppers and wrap completely with bacon - however you see fit!!

(3)  Line a baking sheet with foil and top with baking rack.  Lay peppers on rack and bake for 20-40 minutes or until bacon is crisp and sizzling.

*To add just a touch of heat - do not rinse the peppers.  If you like things with a decent kick, mince the ribs/seeds and fold them into the sour cream mixture.
